Mr. Will Hartzell has delivered and managed international infrastructure projects since 1996. With projects installed in more than 50 countries, Mr. Hartzell has established a reputation for providing outstanding customer service, solving complex problems and supplying cost-effective technology to fulfill project requirements.
Mr. Hartzell managed the photovoltaic division of the State of Hawaii’s largest renewable wholesale distributor and was one of 5 North American distributors for ARCO Solar (later to become SolarWorld).
President and co-founder of Safe Water Systems, Inc. Mr. Hartzell helped invent a new innovative technology, called Solar Water Pasteurizers, which use heat from the sun to disinfect drinking water in developing countries. He was responsible for worldwide marketing and sales since the company began operations in 1996.
Mr. Hartzell has developed and managed a variety of international infrastructure development projects for Worldwide Project Partners including housing, road construction, medical facilities, solar power installations, and solar water pumping projects.
Msc Ing. Bernard M. Makueyi has a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from The Polytechnic School of Montreal, Canada. After working in the U.S for IBM, Nortel Network and Stolt Nielsen as a quality assurance officer, he joined Global Energy Technologies as the Africa Development and Operations Director.
In this position Mr. Makueyi marked and sold the company’s extensive line of water purification and renewable energy power systems. He also developed and managed low-cost housing construction and road construction projects.
Mr. Makueyi has extensive experience in project financing for BOT, BOOT and BOO projects. He has project installations in Nigeria, Gabon, Angola, Congo, South Africa, Kenya, India, Dubai, and China.
In addition, Mr. Makueyi has considerable experience in the telecommunications fields with expertise in setting up network infrastructure, implementing call centers, software development and quality assurance programs. Mr. Makueyi was born in and currently resides in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
